Here is submission rules ,must see submitting a video .The submission must be no longer than 30 seconds. myNBC requires all users to be 13 years or older to join in accordance with COPPA. Not only that , they have some more option. You have a personal and oublic profile which you can customize by using different module and you can setup your own blog with them . If you want to block any user you are allowed to do so .Just take look in your control panel . Here is some cool widgets for using in your video by which you can make your video fantastic . And you can use these widgets to put your video in your blog sidebar. But make sure your video format have to be QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG unless your video will not supported by widgets. One more thing i like they have a big forum in which many NBC users are involved with different discussion. I really enjoyed their activity .
