It says

It seems Technorati is very bad and buggy webste.

Also Murad, I did some investigating and discovered a much more direct way of increasing PR & Technorati Ranking…

commenting on blogs will increase both technorati rank and backlinks. But I think adding link in your comment is not good always because some blogger will not approve your comments.
