However I figured, a few of those big guys got panalized and got their PR back again after a few months (perhaps google forgets they suppose to give a ban or something?). Just to name, JohnChow.com is a good example. Whatever it is, the best advice one can give is: Remove anything Google might be going after, that will do vise versa I guess. Solely my opinion but works good for me :) Although prevention is always better than cure, it is never late to take some steps so you can save your ass from getting nailed by google.
